we drove 2 hours to this steak & shake it was worth it too. Our waitress Kimberly was awesome, she was on top of her game.. Its a must stop& eat!!!!!!!! it was super clean ,prices are perfect, not outrageous we ate 2 Double cheese burgers ,2 drinks,2 cheese fries, 1 side by side shake. plus one to go side by side shake,it was only $32.30

I was welcomed as I walked in, my waitress was extremely welcoming & friendly. The flavor of the food was great, it wasn’t very filling. The burgers were very small, not a variety of toppings. I was hoping for pickles & tomatoes. Not impressed with selection of food. 3 out of 10. Service a 10 out of 10.

We were just wanting a quick bite to eat on our way to Springfield. Steak ‘n Shake in Joplin was just off the highway. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the price was great. We will be back!

Stopped by here for lunch and got the double cheeseburger with fries. Both the burger and fries were hot and fresh. Very good burger and pretty good prices. Portions are alittle small but worth the price. The staff was friendly and service was quick even though there was a crowd ahead of us.

I walk in, they know me. Within moments Anna (awesome) or whomever is working meets me with my drink RB no ice and is getting my order immediately. Hell I wish every food place could match the vibe here. Really nice staff, excellent service and always quick. Definitely worth every star for my review.

Ooooh, I'm so excited to find another location that still has full service and no ordering kiosks! What a fantastic find! Definitely stop in when traveling through Joplin, MO, or if you live locally. Staff was fantastic, the place was immaculate and the food was 🤌🤌🤌! Gotta love those fries with the cheese! The only disappointment was hearing they had no bottled water or soda available. They did have lemonade, HI-C, and tea available. Aside from that...perfection! Definitely a hidden gem!
